Legal Developments Concerning the Environment and Climate Change

Review global and federal developments, with particular attention on developments in California.  Since the signing into law of the "California Global Warming Solutions Act" (AB 32), many California public agencies and private businesses have sought advice on how to enhance community The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has approved the technical and instructional quality of this course for 30 GBCA CE Hours towards the LEED Credential Maintenance Program  and 30 hours of general MCLE credits for State Bar of California.
