About the Training
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) published the final Academic Laboratories Rule on December 1, 2008. As states adopt the rule and eligible academic entities in those states opt into the rule, very few institutions know the “ins and outs” of the requirements of the regulation. EPA experts and individuals experienced in the development and implementation of Subpart K are hosting this training to provide you with information and to answer your questions.
